Registration

All participants may choose one of two methods of registration and payment.

Registration Fees

Early registration is available from May 25 to Sept. 30
Registration is available from Oct.1 to Nov. 28.
On-line registration will be closed on Nov. 22.

Registration fee
Early Registration	20,000 JPY	from May 25 to Sept. 30
Registration	30,000 JPY	from Oct. 1 to Nov.28
Student	10,000 JPY	from May 25 to Nov. 28

The registration fee covers;
Admission to all technical sessions, banquet, excursion, and a copy of the conference proceedings. (Accommodation is NOT included.)
The details of the registration fee;
Early registration: 13,000 JPY for registration and 7,000 JPY for banquet
Normal registration: 23,000 JPY for registration and 7,000 JPY for banquet

Additional banquet ticket for accompanying person: 5,000 JPY

Payment

1. Only Japanese yen is accepted.
2. On-line registration and payment is preferred.
3. The fee can be paid by both bank transfer and credit card, and credit card is highly recommended.
4. We accept the following cards:
   VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners Club

Banquet on November 26th (Mon)

Banquet will be held at Hotel Grand Shinonome.
Fee: Included in registration fee
Detail will be seen the Conference Site.

Excursion

Excursion will be organized on Nov. 28. We have arranged two excursion courses.

How to Register

Online Registration:

1. You may complete the "On-line Registration " and submit it.
2. Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after your reservation. It is auto reply.
3. This site uses the Verisign Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, transferring your encrypted data directly to our server. It enables you to make your payment smoothly from the registration page on this site.

On-line registration will be closed on Nov. 22.

On-site Registration:

Only cash is acceptable for on-site Registration. You can register at the Conference.
If you make a payment at the Registration Desk, your registration choice will be categorized as “On-site”.
